SPENDESK, (2023-2024)
Led the development of the core banking system, integrated with Spendesk’s spend management product. Launched SFS Payment Institution in alpha and beta phases within 7 months, achieving General Availability in 5 months. Directed go-to-market strategy and supported roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
SPENDESK (2023)
Shaped AXA-IM’s Digital Strategy and drove agile adoption in the Technology Department. Delivered key digital products, including a robo-advisor, RPA, advanced analytics, machine learning, and OCR solutions. Successfully implemented the Group HRIS globally within 12 months.
AXA IM (2017-2019)
Led the LTOM Finance Program, globally deploying Coda GL, Ariba, RevPort, and Oracle Essbase while integrating Finance & Procurement systems with Group platforms. Reengineered data systems in 10 months, optimized revenue processes, and managed a €3M project budget with a team of 8-15 across 4 geographies.
AXA IM (2012-2015)
Delivered the operational launch of the ETF business line at Ostrum Asset Management. Established service agreements for IT, HR, Middle Office, and Legal & Tax functions between the subsidiary and its holding company.
NATIXIS AM (2010-2011)
Led the deployment of the Group CRM solution (Siebel) across Continental Europe, achieving 100% data quality and 95% user adoption within 12 months. Reengineered fund liabilities management IT systems across three entities, delivering interim solutions in 6 weeks and the target system in 12 months.
HSBC GLOBAL AM (2007-2009)
Directed the deployment of Cassiopae for HSBC’s REIM business, reengineering management and accounting processes. Decommissioned Sopra Altaix in 8 months, managing a team of 2 Project Managers and a budget of €800K.
HSBC REIM (2003)
Redesigned financial statement production processes for BNP Paribas Retail Banking, reducing closing lead time by 40%. Implemented a real-time monitoring tool (Business Bridge) and developed an accounting validation tool using VBA.
