As Interim COO, defined and implemented governance structures with the CEO at Spendesk Financial Services. Led Payment Operations, KYC Operations, and Strategy & Partnerships teams. Reorganized the Payment Institution for scalability, optimized cross-department collaboration, and outsourced KYC periodic reviews to enhance focus on new business.
SPENDESK FINANCIAL SERVICES (2023)
Collaborated with the General Secretary and General Counsel to define the target operating model for AXA IM’s Legal Department. Delivered solutions for information systems, contract management, regulatory fund reporting, and legal storage/archiving.
AXA IM (2017-2018)
Advised the Head of Internal Control on designing the target model and procedures. Developed the project plan and led Steering Committees with the Board, CEO, COO, and Business Heads, ensuring alignment and successful implementation.
CRPN / AIR FRANCE (2011-2012)
Launched an Operational Excellence initiative, conducting a gap analysis against ISO and SAS70 standards and formalizing a transformation roadmap. Reengineered the Funds Lifecycle Management process, redesigned project governance, and implemented Lean tools and a balanced scorecard with key KPIs for the Executive Committee.
NATIXIS AM (2009-2011)
Reengineered the Transaction Reporting process to ensure 100% MiFID compliance. Delivered a fully automated reporting tool and completed the gap analysis and target operating model design within 6 weeks.
HSBC GLOBAL AM (2009)
Coordinated high-impact transformation projects for Asset Management in Continental Europe and liaised with the Group on global initiatives. Led the deployment of Lean Six Sigma across the Asset Management business line, driving operational excellence.
HSBC GLOBAL AM (2006-2009)
Acted as Business Analyst for Société Générale’s Cheque Image Exchange project. Designed and implemented a defect handling process, trained operational teams, and reduced the defect rate from 20% to 5%.
